These terms apply to your use of Wedding Buzz. By creating an account or using a Wedding Buzz website, you agree to them.

The service

Wedding Buzz lets you create a wedding website, share it with your guests, and collect RSVPs. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the content you publish on your wedding website and for having the right to use any images you upload.
• You are responsible for the guest information you collect. Only use it for organising your wedding, and respect your guests' requests to correct or remove their details.

Acceptable use

You must not use Wedding Buzz to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to impersonate others; or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your website. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to your guests — that's the only thing we use it for.

Service availability and liability

We work hard to keep Wedding Buzz available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your website and guest data. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will tell account holders by email or via the dashboard before they take effect.
